Fendrich Golf Course an 18 hole, par 70 public golf course has been a part of Evansville since 1950. The course was designed by William Diddel.
Fendrich Golf Course offers area golfers a scenic course filled with trees, rolling hills, and well-manicured fairways and greens. This fairly flat course is easy to walk, so seniors will really enjoy playing here. In addition, many trees line the fairways, so shot accuracy is important. The signature hole is #14, a 476-yard, par 5, requiring an uphill tee shot, then an approach shot to a well-bunkered green with a pond guarding the left side. Hole #14 is the #2 handicap hole on the course. The #1 handicap hole is hole #4, a 192 yard par 3.
Blue Tees: 5791 yards, course rating 67.1, slope rating 106.
Red Tees: 5232 yards, course rating 69.2, slope rating 109.
Fendrich Golf Course is a part of the city of Evansville Department of Parks and Recreation.

It was a nice day. Given the time of year the greens weren't in the best shape. Fairways have had lots of water and also shows a lot of debris from the flooded fairways. Has several greens that have a two putt limit due to their condition. Overall I like the course though for a city owned and operated course.
